Where we ship

Drop 1 ships to US addresses only. To hear when international shipping opens, sign up for our newsletter.

When it ships

• The Guardian: by November 30, 2026, once your balance is paid.

• The DIY Kit: by November 30, 2026.

Each piece is made in Saigon, then shipped to you from California with tracking. You'll get the tracking number by email when your order ships. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that.

Your order ships from inside the US, so you won't pay any import fees or customs charges.

Need to change your address? Email us before your order ships.

Refunds before shipping

You can cancel any order before it ships and get a full refund, including the Guardian's $99 deposit. Email hello@sanglabs.co with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Returns after delivery

• The DIY Kit: kits ship as a set of parts, so we can't accept returns after delivery. If a part arrives faulty, we'll replace it (see Warranty in our Terms of Sale).

• The Guardian: each piece is handmade and numbered, so we can't accept returns after delivery unless it arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or lost orders

• Damaged: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the box. We'll replace or refund it, and you won't need to send it back.

• Lost: if tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email us. We'll work with the carrier and replace or refund your order if it can't be found.
